One of our favorite scenic drives in Arizona is the Sedona Oak Creek Canyon Scenic Road. The 15-mile stretch of SR 89A between Sedona and Oak Creek Vista parallels Oak Creek. Red rocks pepper this 27-mile landscape along Oak Creek Canyon between Sedona and Flagstaff, and the formations and forests are a highlight of this route.
