Cancellation Policy at Canyon Villa Inn
If you cancel 15 Days or more before your reserved Arrival Date:
You will receive a Full Refund of their Deposit
If you cancel 14 days or less before your reserved Arrival Date:
You are responsible for any night(s) that we are unable to resell to another guest in that remaining period of time.
Why we require 14 days notice of cancellation—
With most of our reservations being made 6 to 8 weeks in advance of arrival, guest rooms cancelled in the last 14 days can be especially difficult to resell to another guest because of the short period of time left. Because of this, these suddenly “abandoned” rooms often remain unsold and vacant when they could have previously been made available to other prospective guests. As a small privately owned inn with just 11 guest rooms available for any given day, such vacancies affect us substantially.
Our policy includes but is not limited to personal and family illnesses, accidents, weather, and also includes inability to obtain air or ground transportation to the Inn regardless of the cause of the failure. Because of this, TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE is highly recommended. Please remember, we are making a commitment to you and you are making one to us.
Rooms are available for Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, guestrooms are often available earlier, and guests are welcome to checkin in early when this is the case. Late check-ins at our Sedona Bed and Breakfast require special arrangements.
DEPOSIT FOR CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS:
When booking DIRECT with Canyon Villa, we require a deposit of one night’s room fare including tax for a stay of 2 nights or less. A deposit of 50% of the total fare (including tax) is required for a stay of 3 nights or more. All balances are due in full at check-in.
When booking through Third Party Booking services such as Expedia, Booking.com, etc., a full prepayment of 100% of the total fare is required for all reservations regardless of the length of stay.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Cash may be used for payment balances upon arrival.
