While the rest of Arizona can be pretty hot at this time of year, with temperatures often reaching into the 100’s, Sedona stays pleasant and relatively mild. It’s still hot, but the weather is certainly no reason to stay away. This vibrant arts community, surrounded by its scenic red rock buttes, steep canyon walls, and pine forests, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts.  There are miles upon miles of hiking and biking trails, excellent bird watching, and incredible desert landscapes to photograph.
