Children, Pets, and Smoking Policies
GUESTS WITH CHILDREN UNDER AGE 10:
Our Bed and Breakfast Inn is designed primarily as an adult only Inn. We are only able to accept mature children aged 10 and older. For many reasons, Canyon Villa is not appropriate for young children, especially with our open pool courtyard (seasonal April through October). The rate for an acceptable older child or any third adult in a room (where permitted) is $50 additional per night (including breakfast) with a double occupancy. Rooms best equipped for a third person include the Claret Cup, Gold Poppy, Ocotillo, and the Manzanita. Please see our “Room” page for specific bedding information.
PET POLICY:
Pets of all types are strictly prohibited at our Sedona Inn, inside or outside, including the parking area and vehicles in the parking area. Fortunately, several lodging properties in Sedona cater to guests with pets, and we are happy to refer you to these properties upon request.
SERVICE ANIMALS: Service Animals are accepted as required under federal law by the American Disabilities Act including all 2013 revisions made by the Justice Department.
NON-SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises. This include guestrooms, decks, patios, and all common areas whether inside our outside. Our policy includes, cigarettes, cigars, and pipes.
CANDLES & INCENSE BURNING:
For the safety of all guests as well as to prevent unique odors from building up in guestrooms, we regret that we cannot permit guests to burn flame candles or incense of any kind. Battery powered “flicker” candles which are flamelss and oderless are available for guests to borrow upon request0
