Policies at Canyon Villa Inn
REFUND AND DEPOSIT POLICY
Standard rates: Refundable 30 days prior to arrival with cancellation fee. We recommend booking with the Insured Rate or purchase separate Travel/Cancellation Insurance if there is uncertainty.
CANCELLATION FEES: Our policy includes but is not limited to personal and family illnesses, accidents, weather, travel disruptions or any cause. A $50 per room administrative and credit card processing fee applies on ALL cancellations (standard and insured rates).
DEPOSITS: When booking DIRECT with Canyon Villa, we require a deposit of half the total fare including tax, and the remaining balance will be collected 30 days prior to check-in.
For Reservations made INDIRECTLY through 3rd party Booking sites (Expedia or Bookin.com) full payment may be collected by 3rd party company, upfront. Reservations canceled with less than 4 weeks notice, deposits are not refundable due to difficulty re-reserving the room on such short notice. ALL cancellation is subject to minimum first night stay charge
CHECK-IN TIME:
Rooms are available for Check-in at 3:00 p.m. However, guestrooms are sometimes available earlier, and guests are welcome to check-in in early IF we are notified ahead of time only! Late check-ins at our Sedona Bed and Breakfast require special arrangements, please notify us if you know this may be the case with your arrival.
CHECK-OUT TIME:
11:00 a.m.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Cash may be used for payment balances upon arrival.
