6.325% State & County Tax ONLY !!
City Taxes (an added 6%) do NOT APPLY at our location.

DAILY ROOM FARE: Rates shown are for two people per room. Singles may deduct $10, triples please add $25. Local taxes are not included. A two-night minimum on weekends and a three-night minimum during holidays is generally required. Rates include a full, home-cooked gourmet breakfast, served from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Late afternoon hors d'oeuvres are served from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. for guests only. Rates are subject to change at any time with the exception of confirmed reservations for which the appropriate deposit has been mad

CHECK-IN TIME: Rooms are available for Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to- 6:00 p.m. Late check-ins require special arrangements.
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.

DEPOSIT FOR CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS: A deposit of one night's room fare including tax is required for two nights or less. A deposit of 50% of the total fare (including tax) is required for three nights or more. All balances are due in full at check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Because we are a small inn with just 11 rooms to rent, Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved with a confirmed reservation. Changes or cancellations require 14 days notice for the guest to be released of such responsibility. This includes but is not limited to personal and family illnesses, accidents, and also includes failure to obtain air or ground transportation to the inn regardless of the cause of the failure. However, if a cancellation is requested less than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, a refund of deposit may still be made, but ONLY if we are able to successfully sell the reserved room(s) to another guest. In all cases of cancellation, a $25 processing fee will be charged. For these reasons, Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended and is available from most travel agencies. Please remember, we are making a commitment to you and you are making one to us.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS PER ROOM: Canyon Villa Guest rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests per room. However, limited accommodations for 3 are available in Claret Cup, Gold Poppy, Ocotillo, and Manzanita. In these cases, 3rd person bedding is comprised of small pull-out sleeper sofa/chairs. There is a 3rd Person Extra Nightly Charge of $25.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, Traveler's Cheques or Money Orders. Cash may be used for payment balances upon arrival. However, Personal Checks can be used only if received by us 30 days in advance of arrival.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: For the comfort of others, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. This includes all patios and decks. For the safety and comfort of ALL guests, our smoking policy is strictly enforced by the entire staff.

PET POLICY: Pets of all types are strictly prohibited, inside or outside the Inn including the parking area.

GUESTS WITH CHILDREN: Mature children aged 11 and over are acceptable as guests. Canyon Villa is not not designed or equipped to accommodate small children, especially as respects the use of our pool. The rate for an acceptable older child or any third person in a room (where permitted) is $25 additional per night with a double occupancy.

GROUPS: Canyon Villa is a romantic environment catering primarily to individuals and couples. To help maintain this quiet intimate atmosphere, groups may not rent more than 4 of the 11 guest rooms at any one time.

WEDDINGS: Although we do not permit weddings on premises, brides and grooms are welcomed for a romantic stay separate from their wedding party, if any. If accommodations are needed for more than the bride and groom, we are more than happy to assist you in locating appropriate lodging for the remainder of your group and/or family.
